Full Job Description
We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representative with business to business experience to join our team. We offer a great work environment with a team of people that are committed professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Field incoming phone and web leads
  • Assist customers with placing service calls
  • Generate quick quotes for sales team
  • Review and prepare service agreement renewal quotes
  • Update CRM and accounting software and other data entry

Skills

  • College degree
  • Minimum 2 years of B-B customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Experience working with CRM software

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:
