DASCOM Americas has announced they have acquired controlling interest in Printek, a Michigan-based mobile and impact printer manufacturer.

DASCOM Americas is a market leader in complete business printing solutions and seller of Tally and Tally DASCOM serial matrix, specialty and thermal printers. This new acquisition will allow both companies to further expand and invest R&D for all of their brands and thus further increasing their global footprint within the printer industry. Printek will remain operating independently as Printek LLC.
