Datamax-O’Neil H-6212X Error Code Rewinder Fault

Problem Description:

No rewinder movement is detected

Corrective Action:

Examine the rewinder then proceed accordingly:

1)if full, unload the internal rewinder then press the FEED Key to clear the fault;

2) If not full, cycle printer power OFF and ON. If the Fault does not clear, call for service.

Note

To continue Printing, enter the menu then go to PRINTER OPTIONS / REWINDER and disable the option.
