Datamax-O’Neil H-6310X Error Code Rewinder Fault

No rewinder movement is detected.

Corrective Action:

Examine the rewinder then proceed accordingly:

1) If full, unloaded the internal rewinder then press the FEED Key to clear the fault;
2) If not full, cycle printer power OFF and ON. If the fault does not clear, call for service.
Note
To continue printing, enter the menu then go to PRINTER OPTIONS / REWINDER and disable the option.
