One of the following has occurred:

1. An update was made to the application version.

2. The printer was powered-off or reset during a ribbon, out of stock or TOF fault;

3. The printer was unable to complete the calibration.

Corrective Action

Try one of the following procedures:

1. Press the FEED Key then clear any related fault condition;

2. Calibrate the printer.
