Datamax-O’Neil Mark II I-4310 Error Code Ribbon Fault

One of the Following has occurred:

1.The ribbon sensor values have changed;

2. No ribbon supply hub rotation or intermittent movement has been detected.

Corrective Action

Try the Following procedures:

1. Ensure that ribbon is correctly loaded and that the printhead assembly is locked;

2. remove any obstruction that may inhibit ribbon hub movement;

3. Ensure that the ribbon core fits snugly on the ribbon supply hub;

4. Ensure that the ribbon and label combination is not slipping.
