Datamax-O’Neil I-Class Mark II I-4606 Error Code Ribbon Fault

Problem Description

One of the following has occurred:

1. The ribbon Sensor Values have changed

2. No ribbon supply hub rotation or only intermittent movement has been detected.

Corrective Action

Try the Following Procedures:

1. Ensure that ribbon is correctly loaded and that the printhead assembly is locked.

2. Remove any obstruction that may inhibit ribbon hub movement.

3. Ensure that the ribbon core fit snugly on the ribbon supply hub.

4. Ensure that the ribbon and label combination is not slipping.
