March 3, 2015 – Honeywell Completes Acquisition of Datamax-O’Neil

Honeywell has just announced that its acquisition of Datamax-O’Neil is now complete. The agreement to purchase Datamax-O’Neil, to become part of Honeywell Scanning & Mobility, was originally announced in late 2014.

John Waldron, President of Honeywell Scanning & Mobility stated that “the new combined Datamax¬O’Neil and Honeywell portfolios are highly complementary and together enable us to provide a broader array of printing solutions. Together, we will be able to provide unmatched opportunities to drive value for our customers.”

This acquisition allows Honeywell to strengthen its offering of AIDC technologies and solutions with the addition of Datamax-O’Neil. It will also further enable Honeywell to increase its market presence in Latin Amhttps://midcomdata.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/11/motorola-mt2000-series-1.jpga, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. Together, they will provide access to even stronger technologies enabling them to further expand all their product offerings.
Waldron also explained that for continuity and to provide seamless integration for their valued customers they will be maintaining both of their Partner Programs separately until they are able to develop a future consolidated program based on best practices from both programs.
