To adjust the printhead pressure on your Zebra 105SL Plus printer, follow these steps:

1. Loosen the Upper Knurled Nut: Locate the upper knurled nut on the toggle assembly and loosen it to allow movement.​
2. Adjust the Lower Knurled Nut: Turn the lower knurled adjusting nut:

   – To increase pressure, move the nut downward.

   – To decrease pressure, move the nut upward.​

3. Tighten the Upper Knurled Nut: Once the desired pressure is set, tighten the upper knurled nut against the lower adjusting nut to lock the setting.
4. Test the Print Quality: Print a few labels at 2.4 inches per second using the PAUSE Self Test function. If the print is too light or uneven, adjust the pressure again.
5. Adjust Darkness Settings if Needed: If necessary, use the printer’s control panel to adjust the darkness setting for optimal print quality.​
