ZEBRA TECHNOLOGIES APPOINTS RICHARD HUDSON AS VICE PRESIDENT AND GENERAL MANAGER IN EMEA

Zebra Technologies Inc. recently announced the appointment of Richard Hudson as Vice President and General Manager for Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA). With a presence in 24 countries throughout EMEA, EMEA represents a significant region for Zebra Technologies, contributing to more than 30 percent of its overall revenue.

Hudson was previously the Vice President of Sales for EMEA and has over 20 years of experience in IT and mobility industries. As Joe Heel, Senior Vice President, Global Sales at Zebra Technologies explained “Richard is an ideal fit for this role with his track record of creating effective teams focused on helping partners and customers reach higher levels of growth and productivity.”

Strategically, Hudson’s appointment signifies Zebra’s continued commitment to serving and fostering partner and customer relationships, as well as providing strategic leadership to build and maintain Zebra’s position within key vertical markets such as retail and transportation and logistics, and strengthen Zebra’s relevance in key markets such as manufacturing, healthcare and supplies.
