Possible Cause: The printhead cable is not properly connected.

Solution: Call a service technician to hook up the printhead properly.

Possible Cause: The print head has a faulty thermistor.

Solution: Call a service technician to replace the printhead.

Possible Cause: The Printhead temperature is approaching its lower operating limit.

Solution: Continue printing while the printhead reaches the correct operating temperature. If the error remains, the environment may be to cold to for proper printing. Relocate the printer to a warmer area.
