Loading Labels

1. Open the Printer

• – Press the release latches on both sides of the printer and lift the cover.

2. Load the Label Roll

• – Place the label roll onto the roll holder. Ensure the roll is positioned so that the labels feed from the top or bottom, depending on your preference.
• – Adjust the roll holders so that they fit snugly around the roll.

Thread the Labels

• – Pull the label stock towards the print head. Slide the label stock through the label guides. Make sure the labels are aligned properly with the printer’s label path.

Position the Labels

• – Ensure that the labels are aligned with the media sensors in the printer. The media sensors are used to detect the label gaps or black marks.

Loading the Ribbon
